Cleaners' Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs efficiently
• Clean and sanitize guest cabins, bathrooms, and public areas such as lounges, dining rooms, and open decks.
• Clean and maintain crew cabins, offices, and other crew facilities.
• Replenish condiments and supplies at service stations
• Empty and clean wastebaskets and transport trash to designated disposal areas.
• Keep cleaning equipment and tools in good working order and ensure supplies are properly stocked.
• Cleaners, particularly cabin stewards, interact with guests daily.
• Maintain aquatic areas and fitness centers, ensuring they are sanitary and well-stocked with towels.
• Stock refrigerators and salad bars with fresh ingredients
• Utility cleaners specifically handle the daily cleaning and maintenance of the galleys, or kitchens, to uphold health and sanitation standards.

Waiters' Responsibilities

• Providing high-level customer service by greeting guests
• Presenting menus to clients .
• Taking clients' orders.Present food and beverage menus, provide explanations, and make recommendations for dishes and wine pairings.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently and ensure the correct service order.
• Welcome and escort guests to their tables.
• Set up tables with linen, silverware, and glassware
• Collaborate with other waiters, kitchen staff, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Be willing to work in various food and beverage areas, including buffets, room service, and special events.

Requirements

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Food Handling Skills: Basic knowledge of food safety (training provided)
• Cleaning Skills: Attention to cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Teamwork: Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Time Management: Efficient and organized work approach
