Housekeeper Responsibilities

• Making beds, changing linens and towels
• Thoroughly cleaning the bathroom: sanitizing surfaces, toilet, shower, and floor.
• Vacuuming and mopping floors.
• Dusting all furniture and fixtures
• Restocking amenities (soap, shampoo, tissues, coffee, glasses).
• Pulling back the bed covers.
• Delivering the next day's activity schedule (Daily Program)
• Keeping track of linens, towels, and amenities in their assigned section and ensuring their supply cart is fully stocked.
• Stripping all beds and removing all used linens and towels.

Casino Staff's Responsibilities

• Primary Goal: To deal table games efficiently, accurately, and professionally while providing entertaining guest interaction.
• Chip and Money Handling: Exchanging cash for chips, paying winning bets, and collecting losing bets with accuracy and speed.
• Maintaining Game Integrity: Ensuring the game is conducted fairly and that all rules are followed by both the dealer and the players.
• Mathematical Accuracy: Quickly and correctly calculating payouts for winning bets, often involving mental math for complex odds.
• Processing Transactions: Cashing out chips for guests, processing credit advances, and handling wire transfers.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate logs of all transactions throughout their shift.
• Payouts and Hand Pays: Processing large jackpot wins that cannot be paid out by the machine itself ("hand pays"), which involves verification and paperwork.
• Customer Assistance: Helping guests understand how to use players' club cards, machines, and ticket systems.

Requirements

• Comprehensive Medical Examination: All candidates must pass a stringent pre-employment medical exam (PEME) to prove they are fit for duty at sea, with no conditions that could require urgent care unavailable on the ship.
• Good Overall Health: Excellent vision (correctable to 20/20), good hearing, and a healthy cardiovascular system are standard requirements.
• Cleaning Skills: Attention to cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Teamwork: Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Time Management: Efficient and organized work approach
• Positive Attitude: Willingness to learn ,always smile and take direction
• Valid Passport: Must be valid for at least one year beyond the contract start date.
• Basic Safety Training (BST): Firefighting, elementary first aid, personal safety, and social responsibilities.
• Visa Eligibility: Must be eligible for and obtain any visas required for the ship's itinerary
• Problem-Solving Skills: Both roles must be able to think on their feet.
• Resilience & Mental Toughness: Must be able to handle the challenges of being away from home and family for long periods, living in a small cabin, and working under pressure without easy access to the outside world.
• Clean Criminal Background Check: A police clearance certificate or criminal background check from the country of residence is required for the issuance of a seafarer's documents and visas.
• Drug-Free: Must pass a mandatory pre-employment drug test and are subject to random drug testing throughout their contract.
• Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
